Introduction
The following guide will provide you with instructions on how to view clinical results within the Patient Portal for Labs, Vital Signs, and Body Measurements.
Results are displayed in My Union Health Portal immediately after tests are completed. If patients do not see their results, they should contact the provider’s office for next steps.
Prerequisites (if applicable)
This article applies to patients accessing lab results, vital signs, and body measurements within the Patient Portal.
Instructions
To view Lab Results, Vital Signs, and Body Measurements:

1. Sign in to www.myunionhealthportal.org and select “Health Record” in the main navigation at the top

2. Select “Results” from the sidebar menu to see your most recent results displayed in various groupings, such as Hemogram-Platelets-WBC Differential, Routine Serum/Plasma Chemistry Tests

3. If more than one patient is linked to the portal account, select the desired patient at the top where it says, “Viewing health record for”

4. To view results for a specific date range, locate the “Filter by date range” area in the Most Recent Results section. Enter a start date and end date, then click “Submit”
The view changes to Filtered results

5. To view all results, select “Show all results” located under the filter area in the Most recent results section

6. Only one result will be displayed per result type in each grouping
If there are previous results for a particular result type, “View all for this result” will be displayed and can be selected to see more

7. To print results, click the print button in the top right corner
The print button is not available on smaller screen sizes
