How to View Results for Pathology in the Patient Portal

Introduction

The following guide will provide you with instructions on how to view clinical results within the Patient Portal for Pathology. 

Results are displayed in My Union Health Portal immediately after tests are completed. If patients do not see their results, they should contact the provider’s office for next steps.

Prerequisites (if applicable)

This article applies to patients accessing pathology results within the Patient Portal. 

 

Instructions

1. Sign in to www.myunionhealthportal.org and select “Health Record” in the main navigation at the top

 


 

2. Select “Pathology” from the sidebar menu

 

select the relevant patient in the “Viewing health record for” dropdown

 

 


 

3. Select “Download” to generate a pdf of the full report

 

Open the file from your browser’s downloads
