The following guide will provide you with instructions on how to view clinical results within the Patient Portal for Microbiology.

Instructions

1. Sign in to www.myunionhealthportal.org and select “Health Record” in the main navigation at the top
|

2. Select “Microbiology” from the sidebar menu to see the most recent microbiology results
select the relevant patient in the “Viewing health record for” dropdown
Use the date filter to search for additional results

|
3. Select “Download” to generate a pdf of the full report
Open the file from your browser’s downloads
