Report a Security Incident to facilitate incident response for a security event involving Union Health Staff. A security event can be described as a suspected breach of confidentiality of Union Health data, user account, a workstation or device, an email inbox, or a data storage location.
Please review Union Health’s Data Handling Procedures to identify the Data Classification of any data stored or transmitted by the workstation, user, or device. This will be necessary in order to triage incident response of a security event.
